Flung first from womb
With the life sustaining umbilical cord
Attaching one the other
Severed and that one sharing of life
Becomes now the twain.
The twain they travel on life’s path way
Oft times sharing the same road
No one ever said that path would be smooth
For between the generations
Rocky sometimes at best is the trail
There comes that time in passing
When one of the twain is from mortality flung
When then is understood that an invisible
Life sustaining umbilical cord was there all along
And a severing a new comes in to be
No longer connected and yet greater the bond
For understanding more the connectedness
Of all life with that of Mother Earth
Then in turn Earth with all her neighboring planets
Swirling about in space within the enduring cosmos

Well done, thanks.
Bob
p.s. You really should meet Connie/Grace if she ever comes back on the zone. You two have a similar writing style.
Fierce familiar all right bun nose hmm? lol
Stevie.
Bob it is and good to know you enjoyed your moments spent here,
As even now through space in this time we are making journey travel,
Within The Cosmos Enduring.
So I've heard this name dropping made mention
Hmm Stevie for yes fierce at times is the familiar feeling,
As within The Cosmos Enduring
We are given to experience all of life.
At times as though being flung in directions many,
Stretched and pulled out of place
Seeking once again to feel a connectedness.

Considering its oragin.
I would habve enjoyed a balanced approach, after all birthing, can be rough. The composition of the cosmos was and still is violent, dangerous, and unsettling.
I enjoyed the work overall and wish you continued success. gizzy
Hey Gizzy,
Thanks for the comments.
I had really hoped that the wording was such to have made this writing as you put it, "unsettling."
To me the words like "flung" and "severed" are those words of being tossed about in an unsettling form and with severed liken as to being, ripped asunder.. Your comments give me to know to work on my word choice. Again, Thanks
